Activities abound at The Santa Lucia Preserve for its Ranch Club members, their extended families and guests.

The social calendar planned by The Preserve staff includes an Easter Brunch and Easter egg hunt for members, their families and guests; annual member mushroom hunt followed by a buffet at the Hacienda; the semi annual Gourmet and Wine dinner; a workshop on photography; a Spring Celebration with a sumptuous buffet lunch; Independence Day Celebration featuring sporting events, great food and drink; the Fall Fandango, with a rodeo, mariachis and Mexican food regional specialties offered by the various Mexican chefs on the staff; and the annual Christmas and New Years eve parties.

Golf activities for Golf Club members offer a full menu of events. There are a series of scheduled tournaments throughout the year which involve member/member, member/offspring and member/guest formats. Also included is the Club Championships for men and women together with an annual ladies and men's tournament.

Camps for kids are scheduled during three weeks in the summer and offer member's children and grandchildren an experience into various types of sports, an extensive program in horseback riding, and wilderness experiences.
