Ranch Club amenities:
There are two separate Clubs at The Preserve which property owners
may elect to join, the Ranch and Golf Clubs. The Ranch Club
offers an unbeatable array of recreational amenities. Adjacent
to the Hacienda, guests can stroll to the Fitness Center, Swimming
Complex, “Party Barn”, tennis/croquet/bocce ball/horseshoe
courts, an extensive Equestrian Center and a 17 acre lake,
which offers fishing, kayaking, volleyball and beach activities;
100 miles of hiking, mountain biking and equestrian trails
add a virtually unlimited outletfor those seeking time in The
Preserve’s great outdoors.
Accommodations/Dining
Built in the roaring 20’s by a legendary character
in the Great Gatsby mold, the vintage 15,000 square foot Hacienda
is the home of the Ranch Club, the center of recreational and
lodging amenities within The Preserve. Rich in history and character,
the Hacienda offers nine gracious suites in the main house as
well as seven beautifully restored and appointed rooms in the
adjacent guest home. These facilities provide members and their
guests an intimate lodging opportunity, rich in history, character
and warmth - to stay on the ranch and enjoy the amenities. Chef
Carlton Lepine has been with the Ranch Club for many years. Under
his direction, the Ranch and Golf Clubs have become known for
exquisite dining. Dinners on the patio at The Hacienda, in front
of the outdoor fireplace and beneath the stars, is a dining setting
and experience to be treasured.

Fitness Center:
A large athletic facility with state of the art work-out equipment is available
for members. The facility also includes an aerobics center where yoga lessons
are offered, as well as mens and womens locker rooms.
Swimming Complex:
Next to the Fitness Center is a newly completed swimming complex, a virtual water
park, which has become a hit with members of all ages. The kids aren’t
the only ones laughing on the way down the water slide or running through the
in-ground fountain sprays. The lap pool, oversized hot tub and separate children’s
pool complete this impressive complex. Food and beverages are served poolside
from the Hacienda. |
Party Barn:
A short stroll from the Hacienda and Fitness Center, the Party Barn is an old
ranch barn, tastefully restored as the perfect venue for family birthdays and
weddings – the rustic dance floor and antique corner bar definitely set
the stage for memorable, casual gatherings and a few hootin’ and hollerin’ good
times.
Tennis/Croquet/Bocce Ball/Horseshoes:
Located beside the Fitness Center, there are 4 new tennis courts (2 hardcourt),
a phenomenal lawn croquet court and, bocce ball and horseshoe courts for those
more-casual sporting times. |

Moore's Lake:
The 17 acre Moore’s Lake, located an easy walk from the Fitness and Equestrian
Centers, has been a fishing hit with the kids, as well as a few flyfishing aficionados
in pursuit of the bluegill, bass and native trout. The lake also offers kayaking,
volleyball and beach parties. |
Equestrian Center:
Between the Fitness Center and Moore’s Lake lies an impressive equestrian
center; it consists of a riding and roping arena, a dressage arena, a 1⁄2
mile work-out track, three barns with paddocks and runs, a turnout corral, and
numerous fenced pastures. There is an annual rodeo with members and outside professionals
competing. Members may rent paddocks with turnout services.Ranch horses may be
rented with trail rides available for members and guests.
Resident Services:
The Preserve has quickly established itself as the pinnacle of service, within
a greater community already known for great service. At The Preserve, you name
it and they can and will cheerfully do it: Housekeeping, landscaping, mail and
newspaper delivery, handyman services, grocery delivery, catering services, and
rides to the airport to name a few. The extraordinary natural resources are perhaps
exceeded only by the level of service at The Preserve. |

Golf Club
Just rated in the top 100 courses in America by Golf Magazine the beautiful
Tom Fazio designed golf course meanders through picturesque rolling hills
and valleys as it traverses over 350 acres.Golfers are frequently joined
by the Preserve’s
wildlife, including deer, wild turkeys, bobcats and soaring hawks and golden
eagles. Golf at The Preserve is unlike golf anywhere else – at times
it feels like golf in a state park. The quiet is deafening. Lightly played

A classic hacienda-style Clubhouse complements the natural landscape, its gracious,
